Hi Folks,

My wife's 485 details:

PD 3/1998
RD 5/4/2001
ND 5/9/2001
FP 3/8/2002
My Approval 5/9/2002
Wife's Case Transfered 6/13/2002
File recd at Detroit INS 6/27/2002

How long does it take from here on?
My lawyer said since we were married for less than 6 months before I applied for 485, they might have flagged her case.

approved. interview was straight forward. no questions asked.
pp stamed. out of chciago ins in 20 min.

I am in the similar situation as you. Can you please post what happened next , I mean did you get the approval. If so when did you get it. Yesterday I went to interview.INS people told me that I will hear from them in next week.

I am new to this forum. My case is transfered from VSC to Chicago local office in May,2002. Anyone knows about how long Chicago office is taking for Interview???
