Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

Congratulations to all who received their EADs and had their FPs done.

TSC seems to be processing lot faster than NSC. Anyone who filed at NSC during the last 10 days of June, please let us know whether you received the FP notice or not. Also please keep us posted on any EAD activity from NSC.

Thanks.

wating for ... FP notice
Looks like NSC is much more loaded than TSC. I was checking trackitt. There are about 700+ people registered who have filed in or after June for NSC. The number for TSC is only around 350. I wonder if NSC has got overloaded because of the demographic. Hope they balance the load by transferring more cased to TSC otherwise the people filed in NSC will have to wait for a while, connsidering the fact that more filing is going to be done till August 17th

Strange things is our EAD cards did not had finger prints, it says finger prints not available! infact we had FP done almost month ago with LUD on 485 next day.:(

does anyone received card like this?

I received my EAD card in mail today :)

Fingerprints for EAD are different from fingerprints for 485

Fingerprints given for 485 are not used for EAD. Electronic filing of EAD requires fingerprints specifically for EAD. So paper-based EAD applications may have "Fingerprints not available" on the cards.

visa number and EAD

General question is if we are getting EAD that means visa numbers are not available for our application? or it is already assigned?

Approved EAD does not require name check, and does not mean that name check is cleared, and hence does not have a visa number allocated.

Weird LUD on approved I140 after three months period.

This morning I noticed that there was a LUD (08/05/07) on my I-140 which was approved in early may 2007. I applied for I485 & I765 early June and recently got my I765 approval.

I am confused why my I-140 had a change in LUD without any change in the existing status ie Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Current Status: Approval notice sent.

Did anyone experience this kind of scenario?

Yep. I had LUD on my 140 before my EAD approval. That's a good sign. Hang in there EAD is just around the corner.

Would someone help me in understanding 'LUD' ? Also where to see it while checking onlike status on USCIS status ?

LUDs on I-140 & I-485 are Linked? - My Guess

LUDs on I-140 & I-485 are Linked? - My Guess

I see that you already have your EAD approval and then you saw a LUD on your I-140. Was there a LUD on your I-485 also?

In my case, the EAD or I-765 was approved on August 2. 2007 and there was a LUD on I-485/I-765/I-131 on August 3, 2007.

On August 5, 2007 I saw a LUD on my I-140 (approved back in Feb 2007) and I-485.

And again today, August 6, 2007, I saw a LUD on my I-485.

In the words of USCIS, whenever you see a LUD on any petition, it is an indication that they have gone through your case on those dates.

Kaiser_malek and techbuyer77 thanks for your update on the LUD for I-140.

I-140 LUD without receipt notice

Gurus,
I just saw an LUD on my I-140 application. It was already approved in Mar 2007.
I filed AOS on June 25 at the NSC but haven't received any notice yet. I also called USCIS but they could not find me in the system either.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Dont quote me on this one, but try to call TSC instead of NSC to see if they can find you on the system. Where did your I-140 got approved from? If it was from TSC, your AOS must have been delivered to TSC even you sent it to NSC.
