Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

TSC started issuing EAD and AP to the applicants where as NSC is not even sending FP notices.

I think USCIS is all on it, according to trackit.com, more than 25 applications already got EAD, I think 40% people updated at trackit.com, I would encourage everyone to update/add there information on it so that it is very helpful to know status and queue and some what pacifies ourselves from frustration.

Correct....

Correct....I guess NSC Sucks from the beginning. Some of my friends (who became US Citizens recently) shared some NSC horror stories when they applied their GCs couple of years back. Let's hope some IO shuffling from TSC to NSC:p :p .

Just checked the status online and found out our EAD was approved and the card was mailed yesterday.

I had an LUD on 7/22 and on 7/26 I received email saying card production ordered. Good luck buddy. You should be seeing it soon.

How long to wait to get receipt in hands from NSC

How long does it take to get I-485 physical Receipt from Nebraska Service Center ?

Online status of my Receipt number says that receipt was mailed on Jul 24th,
until now I did not get physical paper receipts.

If there is anyone who got receipts recently from NEBRASKA and case was filed in the last week of June ?

Don't worry you will get it soon. For me it showed sent on June 30, my attorney got it on July 19th.

If you signed power of attorney forms then they will send the receipts to your attorney and not to you. Check with them.

I sent an e-mail to OH Law firm (www.immigration-law.com) to see if they can provide any information on why NSC is superslow as compared to TSC. It may not be of any help but if we can get some clue...
 
Just curious. Did you have email notification switched on for this, and if so, did you find that the status had changed BEFORE receiving email notification?

I'm just curious as to whether or not the email is sent out at the same time as the status change, (making checking redundant unless you care about LUDs), or if you saw the status change and then received the email some time later.

Patience buddy patience....it took almost six weeks :confused: :confused: for me (i mean my lawyer) to receive the paper copies. USCIS online status says receipts mailed on June 18th, but actually received on July 25th or so. We will get there....some day.

when can I expect to receive the FP notice?

Filed 485/131/765 for me and my wife with NSC on 06/26/07.

Notice Date per USCIS web site: 07/23/07

My lawyer received hard copies (all 6 receipts) on: 07/31/07

Now waiting for the FP notice. When can I expect to receive the FP notice?
I see a LUD of 07/28/07 on my USCIS online account. Not sure what that means.
