I had filed 485,131 and 765 for my wife and myself on June 12th at NSC. I have not got 131 receipt notices for my wife yet. So I called USICS and the IO said that NSC is completely overflowed with so many cases and advised me to wait at least until Aug end. I asked when to expect the FP and got the same answer - "Cannot give any specific timeframe as we are already chocked with this flood". May God help all those who filed at NSC. I am getting a little scared that we might not end up in the same situation as the PBEC and get stuck for a long time.
If anybody getting any thing out of NSC please post here or at trackitt. Its getting frustrating now.

I will speak with USCIS and see if they have anything different than the usual... "Not there in the system yet. Wait until end of August, etc. blah blah blah".

Hi adekhne: you are welcome

They have released their recent faq on Friday, and it outlines they have issued the RN for filers with RD of June 26th for TEXAS. If your I-140 has been approved by TSC, your case could have been forwared to TSC, so its better to check with them.

I saw an LUD on my 140 (approved in Nov 2006) today. It just seems like they are entering my AOS case into the system. My RD was June 27th (see signature for details).

The update was done on Sunday August 5th. USCIS is working hard to catch-up, if someone was really doing it on Sunday.

I see that you already have your EAD approval and then you saw a LUD on your I-140. Was there a LUD on your I-485 also?

The LUD for I-485 was after my finger print. After that there is no LUD on I-485. Only the LUD changed for the I-765 after the EAD approval and for I-140.

When they ask which SC, should I just say TSC?

Ooz - please post any updates to your case.... mine is similar case as yours... so just hoping that they are entering my AOS info as well.
 
I have LUD change on my I-140. LUD is Aug 05, 2007 although my 140 was approved on May 4 2007. So I think I am closing on getting AP or EAD

In order to talk directly to Texas Service Center Representative,

1 800 375 5283

Press: 1-2-2-6-1

Then it will ask for SRC number, which I think you have it by using the one you used for I-140. (you have to include all 13 digits numbers)

Then, press: 1-1-3-4

Once you do that, you can talk to TSC rep directly.

Let me know how it goes. Good luck. (They might ask for Alien Number, also if you dont have that, they might ask for First Name, Last Name, DOB and your address)

Did what you said.... and they transferred me to TSC... and the automated answering line transferred me to the National Cust. Service Center.
I guess they are all busy doing some real work. Hopefully!

I am sorry to hear that your didn't work. I did talk to them few days ago just to try even I know it takes few more weeks for them to get my receipt into their system. I talked to live person who was in Lincoln, NE. I had similar experiece in the past talking to IO in TEXAS as well. I went to school in Nebraska, and even exchanged few words after verifying that he indeed is in Lincoln.

I see lud on my 140 on aug 05.Did it mean that my checks will get cleared in next 2 days. Sent to NSC on 28th june and reached to NSC on 29th june. Waitinf for Recpt date. 140 from SRC.

It seems like every sunday they touch some i-140. I dont think those lud's on Sundays mean anything else that some kind of filing update or moving of files.
