I know its still time for me, but just curious when my FP1 (How many days)expires.

FP1 04/26/03 (On USCIS site shows 04/30/03)
I140 AD 05/14/03

I can't imagine how much relieved you are with all the uncertainty with your case not even having FP1 and all other mess.

Attorney RCVD FP notices for me and spouse

Attorney received FP notices this morning for both of us. Our FP is scheduled for 8/20/2004. Will try for early FP sometime after receiving notices.
 
EAC03087 Updates 6/25 Vs 7/14

USCIS is done with 141 cases out of 536 of EAC03087 (ND:1/25/03), mostly thru transfers :( . We may see approvals, may be next month, for FP2 folks. Until then there can be only RFEs or Transfers.

As expected CIS sent the Finger Printing Notices to our Lawyer and I have checked my mail and we have not received it yet inspite of filling AR-11 and also got confirmation from CIS about our Address Change. :mad: :mad: :mad: This is how CIS databases are maintained :(
 
What checks are done once the Finger Print is taken ?

As per my knowledge, bascially CIS does IBIS record check which will be valid for 90 days from the day it is done and also it checks NAILS ( National Automated Immigration Lookout System ) for legal status issues.
FBI does Name Check against the NCIC ( National Crime Information Centre ) for any criminal record in US.

Question:
Does anybody know how much time NAILS and FBI Name check take ? And also does CIS do anything more with Finger Printing ?

Looking at my trend: my last LUD was 7/1 and USCIS mailed me FP noticed 7/8. So you should expect FP notices next week.
Take it easy.

hey everyone,
we got our 2nd FP notices which is scheduled to be done on 13th August 2004. we had our last LUD on 28th june 2004. we r hoping to do an early FP as soon i get back home from vacation.

here r our details...

i140/485/EAD/AP ND - 5th Feb 2003
FP1- 26th march 2003
1st EAD/AP AD-june 10th 2003.
I140 AD - 10th March 2004.
2nd EAD/AP applied - last week of April 2004
2nd EAD/AP AD - 28th june 2004.
FP2 scheduled for - 13th August 2004

hope to hear good news soon after FP2.....

My LUD has not changed since 4/28.
Is there anyone else in this thread whose cas has not been touched in the last 3 months.
I had my FP1 on 08th April 2003.

My LUD is not changed since may 01.
Its still two weeks time for us.
I think as per Sanga's logic we should see some approvals
in last week of July in our group.
 
How do you find last updated date?

How do you guys find out the date when the status is last updated? Is it the date from the following line...

"On March 21, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording"

Hi MY LUD did not change since 01/04/04, It still says

" On March 26, 2003 we received the results of your finger print5{sing has resumed on your case......


Although my FP1 expired on june 26,2004 I haven't received any new infor what is going to be next. I like to know if anyone has the same situation,like me. Thank You

I need an urgent advice.

My wife and me did our second finger printing on 07/13/04 at Alexandria (VA) office. I just called FBI customer service center: it seems they have received my finger printing results on the same day and the FBI has send the result to USCIS on the same day. However, website still showing the old message of FP1 received and case has been resumed. Any idea in how many days it gets updated?

My wife had to do the finger printing on printed card (not on computer) due to the system failures. Unfortunately my wife`s finger printing has not reached yet to the FBI processing center though the service center promised us that her FP card will be send next day via FedEx.

I called USCIS customer service center and the agent asked me to wait for 30 days.
Is anybody on the same boat? Please advice what is the best course of action.
 
Some times, they don't even update the online status either the FP1 or FP2. On the other hand its less than a week, do you think CIS will be that prmpt in doing anything?.

I don't see any reason to go into panic mode, yet. Probably you should wait wait some more time before trying anything.
