Last updated date changed for Jan '03 case

LUD Change

Not lucky like others. Waiting to hear about case approval news and even after 10 days of LUD change nothing happened. Still have time before FP1 expiry, so cannot expect now a FP2 notice until then. Some folks are lucky to get a approval withing 2-3 days after LUD change. I was excited to see LUD change for me and was checking the website every now-and-then for THAT news. Hmm..wait continues..
(I understand how it will be for people who filed in 2001 or so and still waiting).

Notice Date 02/13/03
FP1 - 12/30/03
LUD changed on 06/29/04
AD - may be Today or Tommorrow?

Unlucky me

You guys must count yourself lucky.
My RD is 01/03 and ND 02/03. FP1 8th April 03.
My LUD has not changed since 04/28/04. Maybe I should apply for my 2nd AP to see if that forces them to open my file.
 
Received FP2 Notice for ND Jan 2003

Received FP2 notices for self and wife on Friday 07/09/2004.
LUD hasn't changed.
No change in the online message also.

Hi, rrao, Your case is similar to yours, LUD is end of May, not receive FP2 notice yet, hope some good news will come.

I dont think changing LUD will have a probability of approval/RFE/FP2. It's only 10%.

LUD is a false signal

I am a Dec 02 filer. FP1 was end of Feb 02. Both my wife's and my LUD changed on 6/14. I thought I would get FP2 soon. No status change so far. :confused: :confused:

Worst case is we have moved to a new address which is in NSC territory. Same employer/job. We filed the address chage this week. I wonder what will happen to our files. :eek: :eek: :eek:

Gurus please comment.

You make sure that you call NCSC to change the address on your pending applications, just filing AR-11 does not change the address on your pending cases.

We filed at VSC. Now after the move, our new address comes under NSC. Seems like VSC is taking the lead now. What if I do not call them and have them possibly approve it first. If they approve my application sooner I will get to know it online and then I can call them. We have formally filed the address change so I thought we are not breaking any rules. Please comment.

You mean scheduled for 20th July?. That is very quick.

As I posted earlier mine is issued on June 28th and is scheduled for Aug 14th. Me and spouse got it done early on July 8th and 10th respectively.

Good Luck, Dependenet. You are all ready with your RFE and FP2...next is APPROVAL.

I still don't see that you can receive PMs. Quick way to check is click on your ID in this postings and you see some thing like "Send Private Message to..." as one of the options. I don't see it for you.

Yes I double checked its July 20th, They issued this on 07/08/2004 looks like soon after receiving my RFE response...

Guys,
I justnow called my Lawyer and found out that My First Finger Printing Notice has finally arrived. This gives me alot of relief as I was really getting worried about my I485 Case as Online systems shows it as an issue and LUD hasn't changed till date.

My Wife's LUD got changed twice in June 04 and I think it resulted in Second Finger Printing Notice for her.

So we have to go to Newark, NJ on August 7th 2004 for our Finger Printing.

Just wanted to share info.
