My LUD is 04/28/04 my RD is jan 2003 and ND is Feb 2003.
Has anyone got FP2 notice or approvals in this time frame.

When is your FP2 is scheduled? Are you planning to attempt it early?

Ours are scheduled for 8/14/04. Attempted for an early FP at different location with a Fax copy of FP2 notice (was away from my location for July 4th weekend), could not succeed.

Probably will try this weekend or next week at my location. If that fails will wait for Aug 14th ;)

Our scheduled FP2 is at Sacramento, CA. Over the weekend we tried (and failed to do them early) at Albany, NY.

Received FP-2 Notices

Our attorney also received FP-2 notice for both me and my wife and my wife received her notice in mail, not for me yet. We moved two months back so got the mail forwarded to the new address.

I am in India right now so can't try for an early FP. The scheduled date for us is 08/06/2004 and I will be back on 07/30 so no issues.
 
What happens when LUD changes

Reading the whole thread, I couldn't quite figure out what typically happens when the LUD changes - does it always mean that 2nd FP notices are generated. Did anyone get approvals also. My LUD changed to 7/7 yesterday and again to 7/8 today. Message has remained the same. What could this be?

My first FP was recd. in May 2003 - Is that still valid? or should I be expecting a 2nd FP?

Appreciate your thoughts...

When LUD changes, CIS might have run some internal process(some one touched ur application).

Yes, there were Approvals, Transfers, RFEs after LUD change. But any of the above could happen w/o a LUD change initially and later you will see LUD changes along with status change. Noticed LUD changes for Jan '03 NDs during the 1st week of June and since then lot of appovals, Transfers, RFEs happened. Just now, some of us are receiving the FP2s.

Your FP1 is still valid (its good for 15 months). If you see LUD changing multiple times, you may get approval; provided your name check etc., are cleared

Early FP2 Done...!!

Succesfully gave FP2 today(7/8/04) at another California location (different from scheduled one). Spouse will try another location in NY this weekend, before coming to the friendly ASC in California. :)

Our FP2s are also scheduled for 8/14/04. We are inspired by reading about your early FP, and will try to do the same.

By now FP1s expired for all EAC-03-087 series, I believe. Hence there is not much going on except couple of transfres.

Sanga and other Guru's
I have applied I140 and I485 on the same day of Sanga, but CIS screwed my case and they changed the RD to 1/27/03 and till now, I haven't got any Finger Printing Notice.

Is there a way that I can do my Finger Printing without notice from CIS at Local New Jersey CIS office ? If so then what documents do I need and what should I say at the office. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

And Sanga, could you please run the scan for EAC-03-088-51(200 to 400)series.
