Last updated date changed for Jan '03 case

I am not sure whether you saw my new thread.. I was issued RFE today (6/24/2004). I got an email from USCIS..
So, I guess I need to wait for FP2??.
BTW, what happens to my wife's case?. Will it halt until mine is adjudicated, even if my RFE happens to a simple stuff?. (I am the primary applicant).

Did you reply your RFE? Any LUD changes?

There are cases still changing LUDs. All of the 03087 guys will be expiring FPs next week (with very few to none exceptions)

Any new approvals? FP2s?

Not yet.. My attorney is yet to send me the RFE.. I expect it everyday.

BTW, when can I expect FP2?. Is it anyway linked to the RFE ?

Approval is obviously an approval. Transfer means, case will be transfered to an INS office closer to applicants place of living. There will be another Q there. That local INS will take care of rest of the process.

Thanks aks999: So the approval doesn't need transfer for interview, right? transfer may not be a bad thing since it may be approved soon? IC

Approval doesnt require a transfer. But transfer could delay the approval. Some local INS offices are working slower than VSC.

most of my friends got approval without transfer/interview. Interview is unlikely in most of the cases. I know one case when attorney filled my friends name incorrect. he was called for interview and got approved. No hassels at interview.

Apperantly we both myself and spouse got the FP2 notices. Will post the details as soon as we go home, as we are away from home for July 4th weekend.

Our LUD changed on 6/8/04 and by then FP1 was expired by two weeks.

Can you please post your first three digits of your EAC number and which category you have applied(Like EB2 or EB1) and Good luck to your case.

My Details:
485 RD jan8,2003, ND Jan31,2003
FP1 march 14,2003.
2 Eads and 2 APs.
Not a concurrent filer.
