USCIS does not even care for RD/ND these days. Do you think they care for priority date? Don't stress out yourself. Your day will come soon.

I don't remeber if my I-485 notice shows any priority date but for all theoritical purposes my priority date should be 05/21/2001. And I am a EB2 ( by masters degree) as shown in my signature

I got this mail on Saturday, 18th Sept in response to my FBI name check fax inquiry. Now it doesn't matter as we were approved on 8th Sept 2004; otherwise it could have been a relief to know that FBI name check is not pending ;)

Dear Sanga:
This is in reference to your facsimile dated August 31, 2004, concerning the immigration status of you and your spouse, Mrs Sanga. The FBI completed a record check for the both of you on March 7, 2003. The results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Thank you for your response, as you said uscis may not care for nd, rd or pd. Just trying to find if I have any chances of getting an approval, as the published date is sep 02. I have everything similar to your case, p.d apr 2001, eb2, nd dec 02, and rd jan 03.

By the way your p.d will be in your approval notice.
 
Finally the D-DAY has arrived

I received four emails today morning. My wife and I received 485 approvals. Thanks to all of you and specially Rajiv Khanna for holding together this wonderful community. I am proud to be part of this portal and continue sharing the frustration of the people still waiting for approvals . Those who are waiting will get approvals beacause : “you all deserve more”.

Hello Buddy 'Need Help' any process of your LUD changing???. Today i saw so many people were telling thier LUD's were changed. I hope you are also in same situation. :)

Thanks Guys and I wish all of us who have done FP2 in August and before should get their approvals soon! I have check my email and there are no emails from USCIS. :mad:

There is one good news from my side is that one of my close buddy got his approval today marquis and he has done FP2 on 8/10 in Newark, NJ and his RD is in Jan 2003 and ND is in Feb 2003. Actually Four of us from my consulting company have filled our I485 around the same time and we all did our FP2 in a weeks difference and he is the first one to get approval. :) :) :) and we are all very excited and happy for him.

Hey 'need help' i too heard today one my friend also approved. she did her FP2 on Aug4 and got approved( Rd and ND are Jan'03). Believe me you are around the corner. Beleive me you are defntely going to enjoy this weekend. :D
 
Called FBI

We did our FP on 9/15, I called FBI and they said that they received Finger prints on 9/15 and sent it back to USCIS the same day.

Also I faxed the letter for the name check to confirm if that step has been completed.

No LUD online yet.
 
My son use to Watch Tarzan movie lot!!!, that is why 3yrs back gorilla entered in to this forum somehow i like this name man!!! :D :D.

Today is really one hell of encouragement '9 approvals'. 'Go GC Go'

Also my last updated date has changed three times so far.
1) From 3/19/2003 to 4/28/2004 (on 4/28)
2) From 4/28/2004 to 5/10/2004 (on 5/10)
3) From 5/10/2004 to 6/8/2004. (on 6/8)

all without status change. My 1 FP was done 3/19/2003.

What do you think is happening?.. BTW, since our LAST updated dates are the same, please keep me posted whenever there is a change in your case.

just checked my mail and got 4 mails from USCIS that our case is approved..thanks everyone for their help and good luck to everyone waiting.
needhelp urs is also round the corner or already there our FP2 dates are same
