How to find Priority Date

I have heard that the Georgia Labor doesn't send any receipt for priorit date.

If one's labor is filed, how could one find their priority date.

Is there a number to call based on employer?

No updates from my side. I asked my lawyer, she says they are still processing March cases and as mine is April 05, I have to wait.

Any idea why it is so slow????? Are they really processing cases????

help Needed

Folks,
I have couple of questions

If 7th year extension is denied on H1, how much time is given before one can pack up for back to home?

Secondly, if I have a pre-approval and and I am one week away from my 6th year H1 expiry, do you think one week time is sufficient enough for filing I140 and 485?

I do not see any activity on GA SESA it's showing March 2004 for last 3 month. Does anybody know what's going on with GA SESA. Why labor in GA is not moving? Can any attorney advice if not other forum menbers?

Just read this breaking news at http://www.immigration-law.com/... Do not know what will happens to us... DOL is not updating the processing time at their site too.. Do you guys know if they have started processing April cases or not ???
