well I don’t know what the wording is. Usually people show photos of before to prove it’s a genuine relationship

And I didn't send anything like that except joint taxes. Is that enough?

P.S. We got married 2 years ago when I was pending asylum and no status.

That is not a typically required list for DV based AOS application, hence the non-listing in the AOS process spreadsheet.
 
I had a question about sending the Postal Money Order - I know I am supposed to write it to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security", but what address do I use in the Postal Money Order section? I am in Washington, so will have to file it to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox according to the Filing locations. Is this what the Address section on the Postal money order should be for Phoenix?

Phoenix, AZ 85036-0500

Reference: I-485 AOS "My name" or I-485 AOS "2025DVnumberXXXX"

1. Use the lockbox address for where you’ll be mailing your AOS package to.
2. You can write I-485 application.
 
Hello,

Does somebody know the process for RFE mailing? I was told by an agent that they see one and it was created late last week, but when I checked with them today, they said they still see it but it has not been mailed.

Also, what’s the time they grant to response commonly?
 
I just received the interview notice , my derivative have a different interview time , is that the norm, are they separate interviews? What’s is the interview approval rate ?

I've seen this happen fairly often from other replies.

May I ask what is your FO?

It’s normal they send the notice like that but you’ll interview together usually. both go at the earlier interview time.

Do add your case progress to the timeline spreadsheet to enable others benefit from you, like you’ve benefited from this forum.

You don’t have the most pertinent information listed though, information about when you filled all the way to when you received your IL are actually the most important sections that people can benefit from, and you haven’t bothered to provide those. Not sure why you’re not willing to add those.

Two other members already accurately responded to your question, there’s nothing else for me to add to what they’ve provided.
