as per the timeline I will need to wait . but I was trying to see if anyone could comment saying you could do Congressional inquiry the moment your case status says your case is ready for interview considering the FTJ I will have plus my family currently need my support and medical attention as soon as possible .

The scheduled for interview update means nothing. Unfortunately, your family will just have to wait, like they would have if you hadn’t been selected for DV2024. Harsh as it may sound, it is simply the reality of what the process you’ve chosen to go through entails. Of course you can initiate a congressional inquiry now if you like, but it is not likely to move the needle from experience.

Dear Mom and all, I am excited to join the community and in advance appreciate all the shared wisdom. I just started assembling my package and have a few questions (can’t thank enough for the process spreadsheet!).
1. My birth certificate is presented like a passport book. Is it important to photocopy and translate the front and back cover pages? Or is it similar to a passport, and the cover does not matter?
2. Every printed field label in my birth certificate (e.g. words "name", "location", "date", "parent") is presented in two languages. The handwritten filled-in content is in one language only (e.g. my name, city of birth etc.). The English translation I received looks noticeably sparser and includes fewer words than the bilingual original.
Should the translator repeat the translated content twice to match the original bilingual word count (this seems a bit silly)? Should they, in their certification note, explicitly explain that fields are duplicated in two languages? Or is it a non-issue and I’m over-thinking?

2. I have notice lot of bilingual birth certificates without translation being accepted by USCIS but the general rule is you need to translate any document that contains foreign language . especially, in your case if the cover page only contains foreign language then I suggest translating it with certified translator

The RFE does not mention that this is needed, where do you have this information from?
Thank you. Yes I see it can be beneficial for complex responses but it’s not mandatory.
I am still wondering if there is a signature REQUIRED somewhere?

You’re not filling in a form, they don’t need a signature.
if the RFE is extremely specific about exactly what they require and you are sending every single thing they ask for, then just adding in the original RFE with the evidence should be ok. If there is any vagueness/options etc at all (and there almost always is with RFEs,), it’s in your own interest to add in a cover letter as suggested by others. They won’t come back to you again for an explanation or further evidence if they think you haven’t responded properly, they will deny. Don’t expect them to join the dots. You need to do it for them.

1. Err on the side of caution. Copy and translate both the front and back pages is there's anything written on them.
2. The translator does not need to repeat the translated content twice. They can stick to translating from one language and indicate their fluency in the language they're translating from on the signed and certified statement they will be including with the translation.
p.s. be sure to check the Reciprocity page to ensure your b/c is in alignment with what is listed there for your country of birth.

Typically transferred as soon as the NBC schedules or waives the Bio appointment.
Thank you. I've learned today that my case is still at the NBC (or at least Emma agent says so). Is that a reason to be concerned?

That is a standard response which should not be relied on. If you check tomorrow or a couple of days later, you could be told the FO already received your case file a couple of weeks ago.
