140 tracker for EB2 , premium processsing

Received 5 emails last night regarding this.

This was a slightly complex case as my company got acquired before my labor approval. I am relieved as I did not have to go to the end of queue because of this event.

Good Luck to everyone and hope all of you get out of this hole soon enough.

I will hover around the I-140 thread for a week or so and would be willing to answer any queries someone has.

My LUD just updated 30 mins back. PP 10/02. Last-to-Last LUD 10/4.
It means a lot to me for the approval.

Anyone else in EB2 (PP), who applied on or before 10/02, and still awaiting approval.
USCIS please have mercy on me. I am counting on you guys.
 
My I-140 (EB-2) application got approved a while back.
I just got 5 emails from USCIS and CRIS with the approval.

Filed 06/12. LIN-06-191-XXXXX
PP : 10/02.
LUD: 10/03,10/04, and 10/12.

I have get my approval letter for my labor certification, they are tellling me that i have to file for I-140
I trying to read verything i cant but still lost with all the info around
please some help will be appreciated
I am from MA and my PD is sep 2003
my company is asking for me as a skilled worker so I am not sure if it is eb1 eb2 or eb3

How many Email did You got?
I got 3 emails from CRIS with the approval.and NOT a single mail from USCIS

How long before LUD after upgrading to PP

Please share your experience on how long before one sees a LUD after upgrading to PP. My lawyer's office told me that they were upgrading to PP on friday. Assuming that they did, I am yet to receive any emails for the notification of upgrade or any LUDs when I check the case status online.
Your feedback and input is greatly appreciated.

waiting for i-140 since march 2004

CSC I-140/485 applied March 2004, then no news till now, 140 upgraded to PP october 10 2006, LUD on 10th and 11th, then there is no news so far...anyone in the same boat ...pls reply.
