140 tracker for EB2 , premium processsing

Hi

After my case was received by 5 days back by TSC thru NSC transfer, the 140 PP case is getting daily LUD when checked online without any change in the message.
Does that mean something ?
Positive or negative ?

Keeps me worried

Any insights ?

I think it is part of process. Lokk at bartolo5 signature. There were 5 LUDs in a row and then approval.

You should get approval on Monday.

Are PP upgrade cases for NSC getting transferred to TSC for adjudication?

Question for GCcomesoon and others:
Are the PP upgrade cases getting transferred to TSC for processing? Please provide comments.

Looks like they are getting transfered from NSC

I think your assumption is correct.PP cases are getting transfered to TSC which were mailed to NSC

Case status updated on 10/03 and 10/04. It was in the system on 10/02.

Waiting .... Still waiting ... hope it pays off ....

Very important to have it approved.

Hi

I have received RFE today in my 140 PP case.I'm not aware of the RFE.
Filed Oct 02, 2006.

Anyone got RFE in PP cases here ?Any idea what it can be ?
My employer has no issues with ATP & even from my side I think exp letters,certs are very clear.

I hope its an easy one.

Was your application mailed on 09/29 and received on 10/02. Was it EB2.

RFE Details

Hi

I just got the RFE details from my employer/attorney.My case is based on MS+2 years category.They are asking for supplimental document from the employer to prove this.

As per attorney this should not be any issue.I hope so ..

Upgraded to PP on 10/5.
LUD on 10/5, 10/6, 10/10

No LUD today but check got cashed.

Did anyone else have a similar sequence ?

I did the upgrade on 10/04, and everything is absoultely the same as in your case since then, i.e. LUD's every day, Columbus day pause, and check withdrawal today.

I have seen LUDs only early morning Pacific Time and never during business hours.
