140 tracker for EB2 , premium processsing

Where are PP guys?

Has NSC stopped working on PP cases? I havent heard anyone getting approved or receiving LUDs on their PP cases?

Medical exam?

i needed to know whether the medical exam required to file 140/485 is covered under medical insurance.I am looking to send all the documents required and take the medical exam when i get a rfe. Can i do that?Is the medical exam required for ead/ap too. Any inputs.

No it is not covered by medical insurance.

How much will it cost ?the medical exam.Also i am thinking of sending all documents and wait for a rfe and then have medical exam as i am relocating.Can i do that. Will the medical exam be a hindrance to get ead/ap.Any inputs.
 
Upgraded 140 to PP on Oct. 19th. Received a LUD today. FD is June 27th.
Will keep you guys posted as I hear more on my case.

I-140 approval

Yesterday my I-140 case was approved. I received email indicating the same from CSSO, and awaiting actual papers to the lawyer.

Filed: third week of June
RD: 2 weeks after filing
Upgrade to Premium Processing: Last week
Approval: Just now

Case: EB2 with labor substitution
PD: 2001

LUD 10/19/06 AD 10/20/06 Just received 5 e-mails on the approval

I am a 10+3Y(Diploma)+3Y(B.Tech)+2Y(M.Eng) with California Professional Engineer license.

Congratulations, kvra! Do you know if your PP case was processed at NSC or TSC? In the original filing was it a LIN case or an SRC case? Thanks.

My case number starts with LIN 06-205-xxxxx. My labor calls for MS+0 (No conmbinations with bachelor's specified) with state license to practice. I am a Civil Engineer though.

Thanks for the information, but i wanted to know if the LIN PP cases are getting processed at TSC or NSC itself? Do you see any instance of this (PP cases processed at Texas) in your approval emails etc.? Thanks.

I guess the LIN cases sitting in NSC and processed by NSC. If one get's a receipt starts with SRC, from NSC. They have to send the request of PP to TSC. That's what I see from filing instructions in I-907.

I do not see any indication in USCIS e-mail where the case is processed. I think this a centralized e-mail system, you may not know where from this e-mail genarated.

Quick approval, (see my signature)the customer service rep at TSC told me when I called this morning. Awaiting the 4 emails.

But on the !-485 things are bit muddy. TSC told me the fingerprint is stuck at FBI, FBI told me today they returned on the same day..Aug 22, 2006! TSA rep suggested we fax the TSC Director to request updating records. My boss did that. Lets see what happens.
