My attorney has mailed the 140 PP papers to NSC.I hope to get some results in next 25-30 days.Whats the outcome of your 140 ?Did you get the case no ?

No, since he mailed, he didn't get anything, so i am confuse, what method USCIS use to send info to lawyer? by mail, e-mail or fax? did you get your receipt info?

The USCIS will surely use mail to inform about the receipt.My case has been mailed today , so it might take some time.I think in your case you will directly get the approval before getting the receipt.That happens in many premuim cases.

I upgraded by case today. (Mailed on 09/29, FedEx overnight).
Hopefully it should be in the system tomorrow.

Counting heavily on the approval.

Well, apparently my lawyer just got an email from NSC stating that my case has been approved through premium processing. This is interesting because the online status case has not changed yet. This is the exact text that NSC sent to my lawyer and she forwarded to me:

Mine is also only changing LUD's 9/29, 10/01 10/02 and 10/03 no outcome yet.
