140 tracker for EB2 , premium processsing

WHen will I know?

Dear all

Wonder how many of us here have recently submitted I-140 (EB2) Premium Processing? My lawyer submitted Sept 26, and up to now, we didn't get any receipt and even the online status doesn't shows any change in the STATUS.

Anyway??? :confused:

Am I suppose to get a SUPRISE in 15 days?! :)

Once USCIS receives the request,
You should get a LUD and as well as an email if you turned on email for the I-140 case in account portfolio. Also they send a receipt for the premium processing request. You may ask you lawyer to contact USCIS for the delay ?

Hi gc_ny_victim,
Did you already get approval? You had mentioned you would try to get the details on your ETA 750 Column 14 and 15.

I-140 approved in 1 business day after upgrading to PP

Got email from USCIS that my I-140 was approved on Oct 4th 2006. :)

My ETA 750 column 14 and 15 has Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Math) with 2 years experience.

You should be fine as you have same profile as mine. Good Luck !!
