I 485 RD May 01 2000 FP - Feb 14 2001 FP processed and sent to INS - checked by phone today. Does processed mean it\'s been cleared and we do not have to redo for whatever reasons? Also, any clue on how long it takes from now? My original PD is May 97. EB2. Thanks!

No Title It usually takes a week to receive the RFE and it always goes to the lawyers\' office.

RFE issued June 21, received June 28, replied July 11, received by INS as per FedEx tracking July 12. AVM still says RFE sent on June 21 blah blah... Is this common? Anybody else been thro\' this and got approval? Please respond. Thank you.
