Have you sent the I485 by yourself ? A friend told me that the processes of filing I485 (and other forms) are more complexed compared to filing I140. After his I140 was approved, he hired a lawyer to finish the 1485 process. I heard from AVM that my EB2/NIW was approved (May 2), what is your recommendation of my filing the I485 by myself?

Hi, Tom, I really do not know much regarding these filing processes - my attorney is very careful and experienced and he took care of everything for this case. I do not have the impression of any complicated I485 paper work - I was just requireed to present an employment letter from my firm sent along with the yellow form.
