May RD and June ND @ NSC

Hello Anyone out there with MAY ND and June RD?
My case assigned to the officer as PER IIO two weeks back but hasn\'t heard back till yesterday?
Can any one of you experts tell me how long it will take him to approve it?

  Talked to an IIO last week and was told they were processing April cases (inconsistent with the currently published dates). Case and FP are OK but IIO said it will take several months for them to get to my case (meaning May-June cases).
  I have a close friend who filed his 485 one week ahead of me (similar RD, ND and FP) that got approved three weeks ago.
  Up to this date I can\'t figure out what is the criteria they use to pull and process 485 cases. It is simply frustrating to feel in limbo when it comes to the way INS works.

Depends on officer. Mine got approved within a week of assignment after RFE response.

FP done on April 13th.
NSC ED2 RIR.
Not sure whether someone is working on my case.
