be fair They are doing vertically(EB1->EB2->EB3). I heard that they changed it in 2008 to Vertical from Horizontal. I am surprised that Jackolantern was not aware of this...USCIS needs to revise it's practice..

They are doing spill over Lately they are doing spill overs otherwise how would you think that lot of EB2 cases are getting approved...I think they started doing it again from 2008 after stopping it from 2004 and wasting lot of Visas. Earlier they used to do spill over for high demanding...

Guys don't just open threads with wide range..We can not point the problems with application categories... try to open at least EB2 or EB3 or EB3-India or EB2-India. So that way we can pin point some issues going on with USCIS and act accordingly.

It is illegal to use all available visas within 3 quarters of the year. They should make numbers available for each quarter equally.

Injustice for EB3-India I and many folks in this forum have seen very few approvals for this category. How come USCIS says that this category is over subscribing the visa quota. Why they are moving un used visas to EB2 why not for EB3?

Jun visa bulletin is about to come... guys we still at the same page... fingers crossed!! Side Note: Yes, some of the biggest employers who gave testimony before congress in last few months they all talked about EB2. One even said they hire software engineers not programmers whom they apply...

If you look at all the approvals so far EB3-India approvals are nothing. I have seen significant EB2-India approvals. I still wonder what's going... why this disparity? You see same????

EB3 should be December 2002... not fair for this category...

Congrats! Yet there are not enough cases are getting approved for this category. I guess approvals in this category are like peanuts when compared to EB2 and other categories in this financial year. They should be start approving 2002 cases.
