PD - October 8, 2003
I -485 RD- July 5, 2007
Date on I-485 approval Notices and the Cards- May 9, 2008
Texas Center

Was your rd date for i485 july 07?

ours was july 26th 07, so hopefully we are moving forward too
 
Receipt date on I485 was July 5, 2007
(I-485 was sent out in the last week of June, 2007)
Finger printing completed (wife)- Sept 21, 2007
Fingerprinting completed (me)- Nov. 24, 2007, I had to delay my FP due to a hand injury.

What a justice for EB3 ;)

PD Sept 2002 EB3-India --> I-485 RD, Dec 2003 --> 2 finger prints --> 2 REF's Replied --> still waiting.

Congrats anyway! no offense.
 
Got the GC and Approval notice on the same week

06/14/2008 -- Got approval notice
06/17/2008 -- Got the GREEN CARD :D

My case was current for almost 3 months and nothing moved. So if you are current it usually takes 60-90 days to get the approval. And after the approval it can take 1 week to 3 weeks to get the CARD.
