Yes, my case is getting processed under EB2. Through IP talked with IO and officer confirmed all security clearance completed and case went to Adjudicator department for adjudication on 05/28/08, should be hearing the result soon within a month or two. Further officer said that if not hearing then come and meet them again thru IP; but mostly I should be hearing soon. Thats what officer told.
Let me see, if I get any info I'll update.

Count me too..

My spouse's name check is cleared, mine is pending. Came to know from the reply got from the Senator's office. Took an infopass last month, but that did not help. The officer did not have any info. He did not even have our name check details. He however opened a SR. Yet to hear the result of that.

That's how things stand for now. Current since April 2008 and continuing to wait..........

I guess I am one of the lucky ones :D Why can't USCIS take care of those first in line? Where's the logic in approving someone with a priority after 2001 first?

Guys don't just open threads with wide range..We can not point the problems with application categories... try to open at least EB2 or EB3 or EB3-India or EB2-India. So that way we can pin point some issues going on with USCIS and act accordingly.

Point taken. I will try to edit the topic heading.

What do you mean by 'we cannot pin point problems at USCIS and act accordingly" ? Do you regularly highlight ongoing issues to USCIS officers or the government in some way

We took an Infopass appointment and met a IO this morning. The lady just told us that the "case is pending". She didn't have or provide us with any other information. I guess contacting senators is the next step...

I am also in the same boat. I get different responses as to how long should I wait after opening a service request -- 30 / 45 / 60 days. If any of you have any thoughts, do share.

I am calling the 1-800 number every other week, and will take another Infopass if I don't hear back anything in next 2/3 weeks. And may be send letter to the senator as well.

Good luck to everybody
