Hi Cons1234, I saw your posts on the forums. I also have a July 2001 PD /. EB3 Substitution. I got a status update e-mail yesterday stating that my 485 application has been denied. Since I dont have the letter, I dont know the cause. Have you heard anything on your case lately?
