Hi richdreams,
Do you have more than 5 years experience excluding the experience from affidavits? If so, as for as I knoe this should not cause any problems at all for I140 EB2 with 4Yr degree.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks.
Hi Folks,
Finally, I got the good news today from my attorney that my LC is approved. Hope to hear the same from all of you.
WA, RIR, EB2, PD: Mar 03, 45 Day Letter from DBEC received and replied: last week of DEC 05.
As for as I know T (temporary number) will be replaced with D or P (Depending on whether it belongs to Dalls or Philly) once the full case details are entered in the system.
Congrats to folks who are receiving the approvals.
Attorney said that they replied to my 45 day letter on 1/4/2006 by overnight mail.
Did anybody hear or get any approvals from Dallas BEC for WA state cases?
Is Dallas BEC approving only regional cases? or approving state level RIR cases also?
What can we get out of the case number?
I didn't ask for it from my attorney, as for as I know they won't provide it saying LC belongs to the company.
By the way, what advantage I will have by having the case number?
BEC's are supposed to process the cases based on priority dates and not...
Got 45 day letter
Hi Folks,
Finally got some good news to share with all of you waiting for 45 day letter in WA. My attorney told me today that they received 45 day letter for my pending EB2 RIR April 2003 LC.
Seems finally they have started data entry for WA cases too.
We all submitted our cases to WA ESD. DOL is planning to eliminate 2 step processing of LC cases. Under current system first state ESD (SESA) will review and then forward to Regional DOL, Regional (Seattle/SanFrancisco) office will certify.
To speed up this process and also to have...
Hi tradition,
I know it's about 2 years since SESA stuck in April '01 for regular LC cases. Hope SESA will work on regular cases too.
Can you post first 3 digits of your case#?
Good Idea jkim1976.
Mine is 104XX with PD March 2003. Based on this it seems on an avg around 300 cases are filed for LC from WA every month. But it will be nice if few more people post their PDs and first 3 digit case #s to get better picture.
Hope we will see few more posts.
Seems SESA is moving slowly.
Good to see sesa moved two months since last report and now processing July 02. Hopefully here on they will move 2 months everymonth.
Seems DOL is working towards Backlog reduction

No one is posting anything. I am just trying to keep the thread alive. I know there is no movement in Washington SESA last month. Hope to hear some movement in June's update. Come on folks say something.
Yes I meant OCT 2003.
I wish I could get more details on the Federal approval with in a month of my friend's friend.
All I came to know from my friend was that his friend's case transferred to SEA DOL in the last week of Feb and got approved in 1st week of April. I think he is very lucky...
WaitngPatiently,
Even though SEA cases are processing in SFO Federal, SFO office is still maintaing different ques for SFO and SEA.
As of 4/5/04 SFO DOL is processing OCT 03 cases for SEA RIR.
I heard from my friend that his friend's federal cleared from SFO DOL for SEA last week with in...
