Good that the dates are all current now .... DOS didn't screw us ... But we have the big daddy of screw-ups - NSC waiting and smiling .... They will now move back the 485 processing dates from 2006 to 2004 or even back .... that would be their excuse to not do anything. Lets just hope...

June Visa Bulletin Massive date movement for EB2/EB3 -- WOW :D

For those that are tracking EAD approvals @NSC .... EAD filed @NSC = Jan 19, 2007 Approval email today = Mar 01, 2007 So about 40 calendar days to approve (maybe a week more to get the actual card in hand)

Here is the March Visa Bulletin Hardly any change in dates (See attached picture) ..... Also see this wording on EB3 dates .... disappointing
