RUMOR: "Permanent Solution" to the visa bulletin mess ?

Immigration sites around the web are buzzing with the possibility of some sort of permanent solution coming forth from USCIS today/Monday to "solve" the Visa bulletin situation.

Looks interesting .... lets see where it goes.

Some of my personal speculations:
* Maybe would they accept 485s regardless of PD being current ?? (wouldn't that need a legislative change ?)
* Maybe they are releasing the Aug bulletin with categories current ?
* Maybe ....

1. Would be the most reasonable thing to do and it will for sure calm down the hornet nest. The US, probably, is the only country forcing immigrant workers to work for the specific employer. If H1B restrictions will be relieved everyone will have a boulder off their shoulders.

Guys, do not belive these sites, first one just blog, I have been a tracking other one (IV) for last 2+ years. They are smart at speculate and create hype to collect funds ,later would say it was not in their hands. I know lot of people who contributed got fed up with their attitude. Just go to their forum you will find hell lot of post asking for just money, money, money. I really dought them. Be aware and don't get exicited about these short term speculation, no offence please, this is the from lot of peoples experience
