better ask attorney I have heard that once you use your Advance Parole then your status will become Adjustment of Status and you should start to use your EAD to work. I really think you need to consult with your attorney.

Hi va_gc I just received FBI's FOIPA response to my last Thursday fax. The FBI response came by mail. If you have not received their response, fax to them again. I sent the FOIPA request by mail to them in February and didn't get any response. Who knows what works what doesn't. Chandler
