FP2 >=60 and No Approval ?

Good morning every body!!!

62 Run After 2FP ( I want to finish this game before century)

Please god help me !!!

Small Quick question.

Me and my wife did 2FP on 10/19/04. FBI Sent results on same day to VSC.
It means my name check is clear ? or still may be pending ?

because I didn't understand meaning of "Name Check " properly.

Please share your thought.

On Dec 17, I received the response to my inquiry on Dec 3. it goes like

"The processing of your pertition has been delayed. All petitions are required to have routine security checks that are resulting in delays of your peitition. As a result of lack of man power, we have no control over how long these checks will take ..."

My wife's case is in same situation. I am really mad at the delay caused by INS not sending our security check to FBI in time.

How many of you guys have the situations as I do? How long does it take FBI to do the security regularly( I mean if there is no further problem)?

Mine is 102 days and going on. I don't really see you can draw any trend on 2nd FPs. Ify they don't follow receipt date, how can they follow FPs.. ?
This feels like an endless wait ...

could we be sure that we would not get RFE/Case transferd if FP > 90 or FP2 > 90?

do you guys know anyone whoes case got transfered or received RFE after FP > 90

I am getting more and more impatient as time pass.I am expecting medical RFE for my wife but nothing is moving. Clock is ticking..wondering if we will get approved by end of December or be ready for PD retrogression drama.
A big yawnnn......

Some people are saying .....Normally 485 approve after 30,40....days of 2FP.

Mine is 104 days finish after 2 FP.....


Why that laws is not applied to my case ?

Is there any one who is waiting like me ? so many days after 2 fP and still waiting ?
