Help needed to call USCIS

I am calling USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 to initiate a case inquiry but but can not find what option to press so I can speak to representative. All I got is automatic info.

It will be highly appreciated if you can let me know what key you guys punched in to get you to talk with representative.

I tried 1-2-3 first, but the lady told me she only works for the one who has appointment # and can not give me any other information.

Than I tried 1-2-1 which is the option for changing address. This time, the representative took my inquiry and told me they will give me response in 30 days.

The inquiry is about my 485 with RD Apr 10, 2003 . My attorney initiated an inquiry on Nov 2, 2004 and have not received any response so far. I hope I will be luckier this time.

Get to the menu where you get the phone status and punch in your number. It will then ask three options 1 2 3. I believe 3 takes it to customer service, the wait time was like couple of seconds in the morning
