Hi Entered US yesterday with SFO as POE on 2/8/04. Any recent experiences with SFO as POE? Please advice on the timeframe for welcome letter and plastic card. Also when can I go and apply for SSN for my wife - maybe a week from now?? Thanks

why would the NVC send a whole bunch of stuff to consulate. i thought for P3 we just send the biographic form and not much else.

What I was asking was if the photocopy of the DS230 Part 1 that we had to submit for p3 sufficient or should I be filling out a new DS 230 part 1 form complete and sign it?

I have a question on DS 230 Part 1. Is this the same as the one we filed during Packet 3 submission. So a photocopy of the submitted form is what is expected right? Is DS230 part II same as OF 230 Part II?

bangaloreman, If the interview is on wednesday then you have 2 weekdays to get medicals done. If on tuesday then it is better to get it done on friday itself. just my opinion. leaving just one day sounds risky.
