Me and my wife did stamping at Los Angeles office.
The direction given by WhySoLong was perfect. I parked in $4 lot.
My appointment time was 6:15 and I reached at 6:05. Immediately stood in line for InfoPass and they let us in at 6:15. I had left my cell phone in car as it had camera. Make...
Al_aos ,
I was in the similar boat.. filed 140 and 485 using sub labor in Jan 2003. Applied for 2nd EAD in April 2004 which was approved in May 2004. My 1st FPs were expiring on June 21st and my 485 was approved on June 17th ( I guess because of expiring FPs). I did not send any fax inquiries...
my 485 application got approved and now i will have to stamp my passport in Los Angeles.
I have couple of questions.
1. Do we have to go to district office? or ASC?
2. Which option do I have to select in INFOPASS? There is no option for I-89/Passport stamping.
Thanks
I got an email from my lawyer that mine and my wife's case got approved. However I haven't got email from USCIS yet. One thing which might have caused this fast approval was that my first FP was expiring (or rather expired) on June 21st, 2004. I did not send any fax inquiries or anything...

in my case EAD/AP were not approved till I140 got approved. I had checked with lawyers before regarding iEAD, and they told me that since I140 is not approved, iEAD will not be issued. Infact I know couple of people whose EAD was approved only after I140 approval.
hope this helps

After approving your application, we have ordered a new card ...
If you have applied for EAD/AP along with I140, then check the status for same.. If EAD/AP is approved, then definitely I140 is approved..

RFE is generally regd. company financials, pay stubs, educational qualification etc and will require sumbission of additional documents
your WAC number is the...

140 sub takes longer than usual time... besides there are high chances that you will get some sort of RFE. My case was also filed under 140 sub on 11/19/2002 and I got NOID (RFE but Notice of Intent to Deny) . however I checked the status today and it is approved on 8/25/2003. So it might take...
My I140 was filed on Nov 19, 2002. WAC 03040xxxxx. EB2/Sub Labor.
I got an RFE on 5/12/2003 regd. companies ability to pay. My company has filed response which BCIS received on 6/4/2003
I am waiting on final outcome..
When I try AVM, I get the message that your information can not be...
That should not cause any problem. You should have same qualification (experience and education wise) on the day LC was filed for original applicant.
Hope this helps
