according to the list two cases in wac-03-181 have been approved. is that possible. has bcis even looked at these .bcis is now processing as of feb and 181 is may.
could anyone pls explain

The I-140 approvals that we are seeing during may is EB2 category.. i think. EB2 processing date is around June 03. The I-140 approvals during may 03 makes sense.

re. wish list

hi all

pls remember credit goes to kashmir and I-485 CSC folks. Actually I am using their script to scan the data with a bit of modifying.

Regarding the wish list: as kashimir explained at his thread of I-485, BCIS limits the number of queries per day to 1000. Therfore I am not able to scan all the cases. There is a way to over come this limit, but I have not much time to do.

In my opinion this statistic is to grab rough idea of progess at BCIS, and I would like to scan WAC03xx0 cases. WAC03040 is a good candidate because of the big gap between WAC03003 and WAC03060. To add WAC03169 doesn't really help to make the stat more accurate since WAC03170 has been scanned.

Thanks for the postings. As frustrating as it might be, I can understand your reason for not scanning all cases. Although it's not my number, I think you're right about rather scanning sth. that would cover a gap than sth very close to what has already been scanned.
As randomly as BCIS is working, at least we get a glance of what seems to be a very approximative pattern.
Just hope for the best.

Hey Sanb,
Kenboo is doing that just for free and for our own information, therefore it is not necessary that all WAC numbers be scanned. It would take too much out of his time to do that, and besides he is not able to do that. He just gives us an estimate. Please, see kenboo's previous message in this thread.
