    ATLANTA PP Stamping experience

We arrived 6AM but were confused on directions, so finally got to the office at 6.30AM, parking at the right across the street. The Oriental guy with little english asked for $5. I said no change; he asked for the car keys which I surrendered. The entry was really erratic. No one checked my...

No specifications really. I was told the same and just put down the facts like my RD/notices, address etc. They just need a formal request and your info. They could care less about other things.

My cat. was EB-2 (RIR). Documents were related to education - certificates. All I can say to everyone is that contact your Senators/Congressmen offices. This is an election year and everyone wants to look good. Doesn't matter what party. Get as many petitions approved before November as you can...

    APPROVED Finally

This is what basically happened. Tired of the BS, I got my Senator's office involved a few weeks ago to look into the matter who is pretty prominent nationally. They were able to get my FP noticed out to me in a couple of weeks. I went to the local office for FP a little earlier, they refused...

    I-140 Approved !!!

Where are other I-140s It is strange how we seem to look at these strange approval anomalies and get comfort. The cold fact is it's taking 13 months at TSC for all I-140s. They are not if it will not get worse. Feel free to call USCIS but that's where everyone is. All else is just anomaly...

Is I-140 going to slow down?

Div IV?? If (m-n) doing I-140 are just a few then Division IV must be real small (for I-485) as hardly any approvals are making it out. Maybe BCIS should quit with divisioning and just get to work; REAL WORK!

    I-140 Approved !!!

too bad EB-2 is a different story Congrats to you on the long wait. It seems EB-3 is moving a lot better than EB-2.

Shall we ever be able to figure out the approval pattern?

BCIS - needs policing I strongly believe the random, unfair, pick & choose strategy for doing I140 & other cases by the USCIS is not to confuse us. They must have some guidelines to go by. The questions is are these guidelines fair and subject to public disclosure and if so, why isn't AILA all...

    Buying Home on EAD-i485 status

Capitalism is the name of the game So, buy/build a home or a mansion or even a Bently; no one simply cares as long as you got good credit. They just want your money man, that's it. It helps the economy. No one cares what's your status when it comes to spending money; but they care when it's...

    H-4 working on EAD

Yes, that's true! You can again get the H-4 status just by going out of the country and re-entering on valid H-4 if you used EAD for work. Whether principal (H-1) uses EAD or H-4 holder, there is NO impact on the other partner because the AOS filed for both are separate.

Any New Approval for Jan,2003 (TSC).

atlgc, They referred to EB2. But the fact is the timelines provided on several immigration web pages twice a month are really NOT the official guidance from the BCIS. The processing reports are just a compilation from the approvals received by members of the AILA. In other words, the dates...

Any New Approval for Jan,2003 (TSC).

Taking 13 months at TSC for I140 I called BCIS today, they inform me that time frame is now 13 months to process I140s at TSC. Asked why online status keeps showing upto 300 days, they replied that they cannot keep up with the changing (increasing) timeframes. I suggest people start calling...
