Any new approval for cases filed in Jan , 2003 . Please post here. Mine was filed on 29th Jan, 2003 (TSC). Online message says that its taking between 275-300 days .

Taking 13 months at TSC for I140
I called BCIS today, they inform me that time frame is now 13 months to process I140s at TSC. Asked why online status keeps showing upto 300 days, they replied that they cannot keep up with the changing (increasing) timeframes.
I suggest people start calling BCIS and demand that they should be transparent. They should put up the real time frame otherwise there is no accountability.

They referred to EB2. But the fact is the timelines provided on several immigration web pages twice a month are really NOT the official guidance from the BCIS. The processing reports are just a compilation from the approvals received by members of the AILA.
In other words, the dates are applicable to only a few select cases and not the masses. There seem to be GREAT backlogs at most of the service centers in general. It's really a crisis situation but no one is talking about it!
