Please post your Receipt and Approval Date for I-140 here.

Did anyone received appoval from TSC?? for concurrent cases filed in OCT 02.

I-140 Receipt Date OCT 02-Waiting......

EAD-approved,RD-Jan 24
Ap-approved,RD-Jan 24

300 days to be up soon - next week - what to do??

Did you guys check with your attorney to see if they have received your I140 approval ? My RD is Nov 18th 2002 (concurrent) and they approved my wife's EAD and AP somewhere in April along with I140. Though the online still says 295 - 300 days blah blah.. I have approved copy of I140 with me. I got to know about my approval from the attorney.

I think you're just one of the lucky ones they approved I140 alongwith the EAD. Most others, I140 lacks behind by 6 weeks after the EAD. But, none of this is for certain. What I've seen from forums is that they're coming up with RFEs now for people that filed I140 in Oct'02! Ridiculous.

I checked with my attorney,they did not received any update.

my I-140 filing date is OCT-02, haven't heard any thing from TSC yet?

Your 300 days are up. So, call the NSC and ask for a status inquiry to your case. I'll have to do this next week. Keep us all posted.
