    badra E? or W? i would suggest you talk to your lawyer as this is an official visit anyway (the company can pick up the tab if there is one) also it never hurts to carry a letter. i carried a letter even when i visited india as it is additional proof besides all the the other documents.

    count = 7 so far Man we are due to hear something soon ...its been a long wait. Many from Sept (if not almost all) approved and we havent heard anything yet. It would really suck if they wait so long and then issue an RFE. Hope for the best!

    I was thinking I'd really like to get an accurate count of Aug filers with no RFE (since the ones who got an RFE atleast are assured their case did get looked at) How many are there? I am not sure RUPNET is valid anymore since some people when the get approved just dont go and update it...

    me too RD 08/15 Everyday you post something for August and the number of people who respond keeps shrinking! Not a good sign for us ! And now I read that we have no hope of hearing if we have been approved (if indeed we do get approved) till Oct 8 because of the Audit. :confused...
