HELP NEEDED. What documents needed for Passport stamping?

What documents needed for Passport stamping?
Are approval notice, EAD, Advance Parole, two photographs enough? Do I need to carry H1 papers and Labor, I-485 papers ?

Please respond..

(1) all EADs/APs if any
(2) 2 photos
(3) approval notice courtesy copy is good enough)
(4) non-expired Passport
(5) I-94 in the passport

no need for H1B, LC, I485 stuff.

When should I expect my approval notice? Would it be on/before 10/17/02 (Thursday)? I was approved on 10/10/02 (Thursday).

Actually I am goint out of Country on Monday (10/21/01) and would prefer to travel with the passport stamped if I can else I will use my H1-B or Advance Parole (Both are valid) but I need to talk to my attorney then..!

U must keep ur attorney in loop here.

Coz, since u have been approved on 10/10, if u/lawyer get the approval notice before u leave, by all means u must try to get the stamping on the passport before u fly out, even if it comes to doing it on 10/21 itself.

To my info, u loose ur H1B or EAD status as soon as u get a letter from INS indicating ur approval.

Even, if it comes to getting the notice from Post office ASAP, without waiting for them to deliver at home, do that.

If neither u or attorney get the approval notice till 10/21, then u can use H1B, I think.
