I was thinking I'd really like to get an accurate count of Aug filers with no RFE (since the ones who got an RFE atleast are assured their case did get looked at)

How many are there? I am not sure RUPNET is valid anymore since some people when the get approved just dont go and update it.

My RD was 08/06/2001 and ND was 09/26/2001. I have not heard anything from INS yet. I called up and the IIO said since audit is going on I wil have to request your file to tell you what is going on. I am scared don't know what to do.

I hear that some Oct cases are also been assigned. Which means that even if INS assignes our cases based on ND rather than RD, we should still here something soon.

Man we are due to hear something soon ...its been a long wait. Many from Sept (if not almost all) approved and we havent heard anything yet.

It would really suck if they wait so long and then issue an RFE.
