Luna13, I don't think there is much you can do in this case. You've done the most important thing you had to. Now, you have to wait. By the way, years will pass before a visa will become available for your son. I think once you become a USC it'll go much faster wih your i-130.

You should update your address in the USCIS system. Once you do that, they'll automatically transfer your case to a respective service center. Go to the uscis.gov website and file an update for change of address. Or you can call them.

Got my passport in about one week. Same for the nat certificate (received in the same shape it was shipped). The on-line tracking system still says they don't have records of my application.
