Using old F1 visa but new I20 to reenter U.S

My visa is valid till Dec 2010. Do i have to appear for a visa interview if i get a new I-20?
P.S- I graduated and returned to my home country on my first I-20.

Why would you go for an interview if you have a visa to enter in the US?:confused:

If asked, just tell the customs officer that you transferred to another school. Also, make sure you get your I-20 stamped by your school's DSO and have the permission to leave the country.
