She told me I should hear something within 2-4 weeks. She asked me to check after 4 weeks if I don\'t hear anything from SC.
Any interpretation on the above information. Do I get approval/RE within 2-4 weeks or before? Any comments are welcome.

I have seen one May approval before 3-4 weeks. The approval was for other country.

I do check AVM everyday and get same message. I talked to IIO yesterday and he told me that my case is with officer and will be cleared by July. Then I told him about April approvals and then he said per his view I will get the approval/RFE by end of this month...

When I checked with FBI they couldn\'t find my wife\'s FP by A#. So they searched using her name and b\'date. That worked ok to find her FP but INS wants correct A# on FP (They clearly mis-typed the A#, only 1 number is flip-flop).

KiranHegde2: You know how INS works. It is very much possible that they prove any theory wrong.
I had also problem with my wife\'s FP. They enter wrong A# with her FP and I am fighting with VSC to understand the problem. Everything else in her FP is correct (such as name, b\'day...

You can\'t take copy. You must need original copy from INS. If you loose your original copy your lawyer must call INS and ask them to generate new copy.
