Any Approval Without I-140 Redo

My case got approved WITHOUT I-140 redo. I was called for interview to Baltimore on March 22nd and got my case approved and GC stamped in my passport the same day. When the IIO asked me if I work for the same company I said yes but there is a name change due to buyout. He didn\'t care much about it. I showed him a letter from my company with the buyout info. He put that in my file and said my case is approved and he will give my passports with GC stamped in 20 minutes.
