485 Guys, Have seen lots of approvals for r.d. of Jan/Feb/Mar 2001. They all had f.p. done before June 2001. Do they process, By R.D. or F.P. My R.D. is Feb 2001 and have F.P. next month. What is your guess. Thanks

Yellow forms It may true. I got my FP without yellow form. I read in Sheela Murthy\'s page that if you receive FP notice within a year after filing 485 it is not necessary. Check with your lawyer also. It is good if it is approved without yellow or red forms. Good luck.
