NSC sending fp to same persons more than once

I undersatnd that NSC system is more srewed up now. They are sending F.P notice for the same applicants again and again. We(Detroiters) are not getting even one F.P. notice.

yes that is true.. My wife got FP notice twice.. We didn\'t know what to do and contacted the lawyer and IIO at NSC. Both of them said to ignore the notice from the NSC.

BTW, I am from COlumbus area with RD 05/16/01 and EB2.

NO FP yet.

I ahve seen postings on here for people getting FP notices with ND after March 31.

Anyone talked to their lawyers?
