How long 485 take to approve in NSC

My 140 has been approved for CP. I think I can do CP OR AOS.
In NSC, how long it take to approve the 485. Wgat is good CP or 485. Please advice.

180 days for freedom if you file I485, if you go CP, they may deny or give visa in approx. 6 months.

Limited freedom

After 180 days you have freedom to go to another employer
with similar job description that was used for green card
process. Thats where the freedom ends. After 180 days
you can\'t just quit present job and do something totally
different..

Not just that. The new employer should give the salary mentioned in LC and should be prepared to provide all documents(may include everything the previous employer has provided in case of RFE.
