When I called, the REP told me that my case is pending queue and one of the adjudicator will be taking my case(based on their workload)... He didn't mention anything abt the confirmation number... I think.in ur case it is already assigned..

I got an LUD on I-485(05/13/06) after my I-140 is approved (05/10/06).. After that there are no updates... Not sure..what is going on??...

Jazz.. I undestand ur frustration.. I asked my lawyer to contact INS yesterday. He contacted and they said they can't tell as it is 30 days is not passed(right now VSC is processing Dec'03 2005 EB3). Today..i see an update with approval notice. Not sure.. if happened as my lawyer...

I-140 approved My I-140 is approved today(almost 6 months). It was filed from Vermont in Nov'05(EB3). Till today,there is not even a single LUD.

My Lawyer called today...they asked to wait till the dates move to Dec 14th 2005 before they place inquiry. Jazz..please update once u get an update from INS.

Hi, My I-140 is applied from Vermont in Nov'05. Till now there is not even a Single LUD. People who have applied later(infact same company) got approvals. I am not sure the reason for this delay.. Did any one has pending since Nov'05??? Please share your thoughts.
