Any November2005 140 filers in VSC?

First email I read today morning was from USCIS.. giving me this great news. Took about 3 months. Good luck to all.

Well, my EB-2 I-140 has been approved.

RD: end of November (I think it was Nov. 23rd)
there was one LUD a week or so after RD, and after that no updates until yesterday when status message changed to approved.
So it took them 5 month, not too bad.

I see no updates on my 140 till now...

I am really confused why they didn't touch my case.It has been almost 6 months..

This is like a lottery........People who applied latter are getting approved.

Any way..Hoping for the best.......

we have not been transfered yet? should we expect to be?
This is my husband's case, and I need to file an I-485 for myself, before I-140 is approved. so I must know if case is going to be approved soon. Thanks a million and good luck everyone!

PS.Does anyone know if I am eligible for following-to-join, if I fail to file 485 now. I am currently in the US on F-1 visa. Never was on dependent visa.
Things are complicated, since we won the DV lottery two days ago, not sure which case will move faster...don't want to pay the fee twice. for the DV case, we chose consular processing in Moscow.

I undestand ur frustration..

I asked my lawyer to contact INS yesterday. He contacted and they said they can't tell as it is 30 days is not passed(right now VSC is processing Dec'03 2005 EB3).

Today..i see an update with approval notice.

Not sure.. if happened as my lawyer spoke to INS.

i think..the best thing is ask ur lawyer to speak to INS..
