I got an e-mail today about my I-485

Hi All:
I am a silent observer of this forum.
I thought of sharing the news about the status of my I-485.
I got the following message from USCIS by e-mail.
-----------------
"On May 22, 2006, a welcome notice was mailed for this case. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice. Please call the National
Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 during business hours"
What is the meaning of welcome notice?

My wife also got the same message.I was thinking it is approved.
Gurus..can you please clarify.
Here are my details:
EB2,NSC
PD--August 21st 2002
I-140 & I-485--RD--April 23rd 2004.
I-140--AD--April 18th 2005.
I got 3rd EAD just 2 months ago.

I-485--Awaiting for welcome notice.
