Sending P3 forms downloaded form the internet I have been reading some stuff about downloading P3 forms and mailing P3 to the consulate before the official P3 is received from NVC. I asked my lawyer about this, and (as usual) he had no idea. How does this process work and what are the risks...

I 140 approved on Oct 31 Called VSC yeterday and found out that my I-140 was approved on 10/31. Took exactly 2 months. Pardon my ignorance, but how can you get info. on your status at NVC?

I graduated in Dec 2001, and had applied for EAD (practical training) in November. I just got a confirmation on the Automated Telephone system on Jan 7 that my application had been approved, and that I should be receiving the \'card\' in 60-90 days. Does anyone know how long this really takes...
